If you are thinking of escaping the traffic jam and crowded places in Cameron Highland, we've got you covered here at Lojing Highland! It's a rare gem to be discovered, just 35mins away from the Lavendar Farm.
The trip begins with 4x4 drive from pick up point to Rafflesia site and we will then trek the juggle for about an hour plus and cross 1-2 rivers to witness the magnificent of the 2nd world largest flower – the Rafflesia Kerrii! This is a rare plant as they are in danger of extinction due to habitat loss as well as poaching — its buds are harvested and sold for medicinal properties. Do you know that it takes 6-9 months to bloom from bud and it takes 24-48 hours to fully extend? So, you can imagine how amazing it is when you get to sight one!
Join us for this adventure and discover this mysterious alluring plant on earth!
Experience is available on daily, we will meet at 8:00am at the meeting point and start our journey there!!!
